Water Fasting Essentials: Prep Kit

I am such a huge fan of water fasting. After my 40-day water fasting results, I think you know why! What Do I Need to Start A Water Fast?
Surprisingly the answer is not “just water” 😅
While water fasting is amazing I actually supplement with vitamins and minerals daily to keep the negative effects like leg cramps, dehydration, and nutrient depletion away from me. Below is a list of some of the best things I have for water fasting and a few items I will never fast without again!

My Water fasting Essentials
These are specifically designed for those of us that are fasting for a long period of time (3-days or more). I do still drink a bottle a day because its great for supporting a state of ketosis in your body. These took all my leg cramps away and helped me fast for 40 days and stay healthy!
Now I know what you are thinking, “that’s not water”. You are right, this is a departure from the traditional water fast and I only used this in case of emergency. I drank a little bit of organic bone broth when I didn’t know how to properly get electrolytes (from the drops I mentioned above). Now I use this as a fast braking tool. One warm cup when its time to break the fast and give it 30 minutes to “wake up” your digestive tract!
